Your day breaks, your mind aches...

Sometimes the hardest part of the day is just getting out of bed. At times the prospect seems overwhelmingly difficult.

But I always do, eventually.

:-D I love the fact that you devoted a whole post to this topic that calls for agonizing emotional outbreaks. Picture me sitting shivering (it's damn cold here in Sweden) in my bed with a purring (because hungry) car around me and a softly soring Better Half next to me. Who ever wants to leave that scenario? Not me...ever....except on the weekends...when I miraculously wake up at 6 am and jump out of bed full of energy :-D

Thanks for the post :-D

I hear ya. Some nights I open the bedroom window wider on purpose so that I'll have an excuse to stay in bed longer in the morning. Of course, if the time of your post is any indication (4:23 a.m.????) that hardly counts as being part of the 'day'. That's the middle of the fricking night my dear!

You too?

That was me today. And a whole bunch of other days, but today in particular.

Ok, just re-read my comment...and of course I do not have a hungry and purring CAR in my bed, but a hungry and purring CAT. Big difference :-D

Sorry.....argh....need weekend!

'For No One' is my all-time favorite Beatles song- I so should have put in on my "favorite song lyrics" post.

And I know what you mean re: getting out of bed. Especially after a week in California and trying to adjust to East coast time again.

I hate getting out of bed. Thankfully my boss is very understanding and rather than be annoyed it's a bit of a running joke that my hours start at 9ish rather than 9 on the dot. Sometimes I just cringe at the thought of what the day holds.
