The cycle that will never end....
Well, I've been on shots now for eight days. Another day, another go with the wand monkey. After looking things over - she said, well - I guess I'll see you again on Monday.
She said "You just can't seem to get enough of us."
Bah!
Endometrial lining is at an 11 now. with a notation of "dlb" circled (which I have to admit that I don't know what means... I'm assuming it means "double"? the options were "dlb" "partial dlb" or "single." and the sonographer circled dlb) - Any info on that?
On the left, we have three follies at 14.
On the right, there's a follicle at 15 and another at 11.
My fasting insulin level was a 5.2. My fasting glucose level was a 91. I have no idea what either of those mean - so if you have any info or references to sites where I could check it - please let me know.
E2 today is a 357. What kind of mishigas is that?!?!?!
I'm to shoot up 150 ius tonight, 150 ius Sat. and then trigger on Sunday night at 10. Insemination will be Tuesday morning.
Assuming a 2mm a day growth pattern per follicle - that would leave on the left three at 20-22 and on the right - one at 21-23 and one at around 19. That's five. Five is good. Of course - knowing my whacked out body who knows what might pop in between now and then.
God I hope this works. I really hope this works.

a fasting bg of 91 is normal. Anything over 125 is cause for concern. I don't know what the insulin level stat means, though.
That is a good fasting insulin--they don't start to look at it closely until it gets over 10 (mine, for instance, is 15 point something, i.e. BAD). So that is GREAT news. Sorry this cycle is dragging on and on for you...

Would the dbl be for 2 layered endometrium, when they hope for 3 layers? Just a guess.
I believe your insulin level is good, but I can't find a reference range right now. Fasting glucose is ok. My endocrinologist would say it's high though because she wants to see it below 90.
As everyone else said - the glucose and insulin numbers are normal. You may want to keep this link handy. I got it from getupgrrl...and this exchange is reminding me that I want to put it on my own blog sidebar!
Just wanted to let you know that I am so happy that everything is looking good for you for this cycle. I am still hopeful that I still have a couple good eggs that will work for me the old fashion way. I do have to give you and everyone else who is going through what you are now a ton of credit. I get tired just reading about what everyone is doing and do not think that I could go through it myself. I am hoping and praying that this works for you and that you have a new baby to watch the sparkling Christmas lights with this year. Know you are in my thoughts often even if I may not leave you a comment.

Aside from the numbers on the insulin and the "dlb", things with the follies look very well. That's pretty frickin' exciting!

Sounds like your follicles and lining are in great shape! Really, really hoping that this works for you!
Yeah, uh, I'm not so good knowing what most of that stuff means, but the follicle count and size look promising to me.
